Responsive and effective
Because I love what I do, I don't avoid or shrug off work for a later time. If something needs to happen, consider it done. If a challenge comes up, I'm already thinking of a solution. The better the deal I get you, and the easier I make this process for you, the better I do at my job. And, I'm very good at it :)
You are the priority
If it's in your best interest, that's what I'll say, do, and recommend. Period. I don't pretend to "not care about the paycheck," but never more than looking out for my client first.
Easy to work with
Some realtors have "strong" personalities, or love to go up two octaves when they talk. I'm friendly, and you'll enjoy working with me, but I won't be annoying as hell. I promise.
